We are sorry you was unhappy with your experience with us. Your car failed the MOT as it had 1 dangerous defect, and 2 major defects. We follow the rules set out for us by DVLA when doing MOT's. We gave you a quote for how much the repairs would be through us, and informed you that you can have the repairs done at any garage of your choosing, then bring it back for a Retest within 10 working days.
