"Both gentlemen that I dealt with were extremely nice and helpful, they explained everything that needed doing well (especially as I don't know anything about cars) and they kept me up to day with the progress of my car's MOT and Service. I'll be coming next year."
Great friendly service
"new video filming system showing you the faults are fantastic giving you the opportunity to understand the problem when the staff contact you to discuss there findings."
Always great service
"Great service, really awkward car problem due to being a hybrid. They lent us a car so we didn't have to struggle on the school run. Work was completed quickly and to a great standard."

"Really pleased with the garage. I was sceptical to start with having a Vauxhall and it being a Vauxhall dealership, that there would be ‘hidden’ extras or they’d try to find fault with the car. However no hidden catches, great service and really friendly guys. Thanks!"
"Took my car for its annual MOT. All the guys there were very friendly and sociable. The MOT was completed quickly and even supplied coffee and biscuits whilst I waited in reception. The MOT cost was also very competitive and easy to book a time slot online."
"Excellent service from a great bunch of people, very trustworthy, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others"
All very satisfactory
"Very happy with the service"
Electric Power Steering, or “EPS” as it is also known, is a mechanism that helps you to steer your car. In most vehicles, the EPS relies on a electric motor to aid in turning the wheels. If you've ever driven a car with no Power Steering at all you will have certainly noticed the difference it makes.
Unlike hydraulic systems, electric power steering (EPS) doesn't use any form of hydraulic pressure to provide steering assistance. The technology is fully electric, with an electric motor providing direct assistance to the wheels. Since there is no power lost generating and transmitting hydraulic power, these systems are typically more efficient than hydraulic power steering.
Depending on the specific EPS system, an electric motor is mounted either to the steering column or directly to the steering rack. Sensors are used to determine how much steering force is required when it is applied so that the driver only has to use a minimum amount of effort to turn the steering wheel. Some systems have discrete settings that vary the amount of steering assist that's provided, and others work on a variable curve.
Driving in the East Midlands
From Lincoln’s winding streets and glorious medieval cathedral, to legendary Sherwood Forest and the natural drama of the Peaks, the East Midlands is a varied region. 88% of the land is rural, though the major cities of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby mean that the population stands at around 4.5 million. The geographical centre of England lies in Higham on the Hill in west Leicestershire, close to the boundary between the East and West Midlands.
