"Didn’t know about these guys. Great garage. Will use again."
"I have used many garages over the years for servicing and MOT - I spotted this garage online and received a quotation and confirmation of my booking. The price quoted was amazing I admit I was a little dubious. However on arrival I was met by Manda who talked me through the schedule and all the work that would be carried out. I was not disappointed with the outcome and the final bill was less than the original quote. I will be booking again next year for the MOT and service thank you Michael Doherty"
"Extremely happy and satisfied with the service ,quality and price"
Simple booking system
"Booking my car was very straight forward and the work has been done to a very good standard. Feedback for future repairs was also provided so that was helpful too."
"The service went above and beyond what would be expected. Same day repairs and stayed open for me to collect my car when I was running late. Very much appreciated. Thank you."
"I was a little disappointed to have to walk back from the garage as I thought there was a driver for that reason apparently he was out and wouldn't be back for some time. Not normally a problem but I have bad hips so l don't usually walk very much. As for the service I was very impressed with their video of any problems. Luckily they were able to replace my disc brakes pads which were very badly worn something I wasn't aware of that meant I had to wait until late afternoon to get the car. I was told I would get a phone call as it turned out I had a message which l didn't see until late and the number they gave me to call I wasn't able to use from me mobile luckily my sister used her land-line but the call didn't get answered. That was rather annoying. The car was ready and it had been valeted which was a very nice bonus so to recap very pleased with the work done not so pleased with the communication"
Great Price and Service
"Very friendly garage staff who carried out my MOT professionally and kept me informed of any issues my car may have in the future. And only £35 for a mot is cheaper than most places"
"Really happy with the price of the service and the quality of the workmanship. Would’ve liked an update as to when my car would be ready, however I understand garages do get very busy and time runs away sometimes."
"Workmanship fine, great feedback on video but charge 35 pounds for MOT against agreed 30 pounds and Service Desk would not amend final bill."
Good service thanks
Car brakes on your car use fluid pressure to work. When a car’s brake pedal is pushed, a plunger in the brake’s master cylinder pressurises the brake fluid that resides in the hoses and pipes to make the other components of the braking system move.
This varies from car to car, but most manufacturers suggest that the fluid is replaced at least every couple of years. Although the fluid is in a sealed system, moisture can still find its way in. It corrodes components over time and decreases the temperature at which the fluid is supposed to boil. Furthermore, as the internal components of the braking system wear out, debris contaminates the fluid, jamming everything up. All of this impacts on how well the brakes function, particularly in constant stop-start traffic with heavy braking.
Boasting a lineup that includes one of the best-selling cars in the UK (the Qashqai), Nissan is a company known for being experimental. The Qashqai is noted as being one of the first true crossover SUVs. Alongside it, Nissan also offers the battery-powered Leaf, among lots of other cheap and cheerful options, such as the ever popular Micra, and the Note.
Since 1999, Nissan has been part of the Renault–Nissan Alliance, a partnership between Nissan and French automaker Renault. As of 2013, Renault holds a 43.4% voting stake in Nissan, while Nissan holds a 15% non-voting stake in Renault. Carlos Ghosn serves as CEO of both companies.
Selling cars under the Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun brands, Nissan was the sixth largest automaker in the world behind Toyota, GM, Volkswagen Group, Hyundai, and Ford in recent years; however they are the leading Japanese brand in China, Russia, and Mexico.
How can you save money (and the environment) while you drive?
As every garage owner will tell you, there are some tried and tested ways to cut down on your petrol costs (and consumption) while you’re out and about in Leighton Buzzard or beyond. One is to shut your windows. If you can hear that wind noise in your car it’s costing you more to drive. This is because the car becomes less aerodynamic and has to work harder to motor along. Removing a roof rack will improve your fuel efficiency for the same reason. Another useful tip is to combine short trips into one; each time you drive after your car has been parked for a while the engine will be cold and need to use a lot more fuel for the first 5 miles or so. If you do one trip from school drop-off to supermarket to office you’ll use far less fuel than if you do all those trips individually.
