"I cannot fault DSA Autocentre. I was offered a mechanic to come and do my service from my own home which was brilliant. No hassle. The mechanic turned up exactly at the time DSA said he would and he was lovely. Very professional, friendly and polite. Brilliant service and very reasonably priced. I would wholeheartedly recommend DSA and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends. Thank you"

The brakes on your car use fluid pressure. When you press the brake pedal, it activates a plunger in the master cylinder; this pressurises the brake fluid in the pipes and hoses, which makes the brake components move.
Even though brake fluid sits in a sealed system it can still absorb moisture over time, and that can lead to corrosion. Moisture also lowers the boiling temperature of brake fluid which can reduce braking effectiveness, especially if your vehicle makes repeated hard stops. Check your car's owner manual to see when the manufacturer recommends replacing the brake fluid.
Or you can use BookMyGarage to find a garage near you to check the state of your brake fluid - it's a simple test and they will have the right tools to do it for you.
With an unlikely history that began with making looms back in 1909, Japanese brand Suzuki didn’t make the move into vehicles until the late 1930s, when Michio Suzuki decided that building a new small car would be a great venture for his company. Interestingly, Suzuki also used to create bicycles with fitted motors known as the “Power Free”, which were immensely popular in Japan after the war.
These days, Suzuki is known for focusing on two major vehicle industry segments - compact hatchbacks and 4x4s. The basic Jimny is more on the utilitarian side of things when it comes to going off-road, with less refinement than many others in its class. The SX4 S-Cross and Vitara SUVs both represent good value for money and have been highly praised by critics. They seem to represent the Japanese brand’s efforts to balance on- and off-roading.
