Paid less than quoted
"Easy to book. Friendly staff. Car went in for MOT and full service. Expected to pay price as quoted and refunded me the price of air filter as it wasn’t required. What more can you ask for? Honest and reliable. Will return for sure"
"Happy with the overall experience."
Great sevice as always
"Great garage, friendly and helpful staff, wouldn't go anywhere else"
I come here all the time
"Been coming here for years"
"I really like using this garage as they are honest and explain what needs to be done and why? I really value this with not really understanding cars."
"Receptionist was an absolute star and gentleman that bought keys back to me was lovely so polite"
"More than happy with it all. Just a bit puzzled as to why brake pads with 30% left would be advisory. If it is goverment guide lines it just seems a bit harsh to me. Still another 7000 miles on them. Would and will use again though."
Can’t fault them
"Seamless and professional. Would definitely recommend"
Car brakes on your car use fluid pressure to work. When a car’s brake pedal is pushed, a plunger in the brake’s master cylinder pressurises the brake fluid that resides in the hoses and pipes to make the other components of the braking system move.
This varies from car to car, but most manufacturers suggest that the fluid is replaced at least every couple of years. Although the fluid is in a sealed system, moisture can still find its way in. It corrodes components over time and decreases the temperature at which the fluid is supposed to boil. Furthermore, as the internal components of the braking system wear out, debris contaminates the fluid, jamming everything up. All of this impacts on how well the brakes function, particularly in constant stop-start traffic with heavy braking.
The second largest US-based automaker, Ford is a brand known around the world, with a number of strong performing vehicles in its ranks. No surprise there, as the company has been making cars since 1903. As the most popular of the North American brands in the UK, the Ford Focus and the Fiesta are probably well known to almost every driver on the road.
Popular for those looking for subcompact or compact cars, Ford makes a variety of configurations across a spectrum of performance standards. The last of Ford’s British car manufacturing plants was shut down in 2002, but you’ll still find Ford dealerships across the country - with garages that know how to deal with them as a consequence.
