We are looking for a Sales Director to sign up and maintain the growth of Franchise partners.

Our new SecretService franchise aftersales solution is now utilised by all 120 Vertu sites and 20 other franchise groups.  We offer guaranteed ROI to our partners and achieve higher final invoice values, through driving in older vehicle into their service departments.  We were recognised as the 35th fastest growing company in the UK, and continue to grow quickly at an impressive level.

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an accomplished Sales Director.  It is a hand-on position, and you’ll be working alongside one of our founders who works closely with our larger franchise partners, driving continued innovation through our agile in-house development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through demonstrating SecretServiceTM at board level to top AM100 groups, providing demonstrable proof of success, to forecast aftersales growth achievable for that group.
  • Maintain excellence in partner account management, utilising our ‘best in market’ reporting systems, to show automatic growth of campaigns through ROI achievement.
  • Chair regular franchise dealer group reviews / SecretService brand/site awards,  delivering customer service excellence and be a positive ambassador for BMG.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the awesome teams at BMG.  Join in with regular team recognition / celebration events (which last year included weekends in Italy).

Person Specifications.

1. Be able to demonstrate proven successful sales experience in Franchise Dealer / Aftersales.

2. Must be self-motivated, structured, disciplined, energetic and hungry to make the most of this unique opportunity .
