Excellent Cust Service
"1st Feb I booked my car in for an MOT, Full Service and to change the rear brake pads. All work was completed in a decent timeframe, and for a reasonable price. The customer service is where the garage has shone for me, as I around 2 weeks after the work was completed I started hearing a noise coming from my wheels. After this did not subside, I took it back where over a collective 2 days / 1 hours each day the cause was investigated. A stone was pulled from between one of the disks the first day as this was causing a grinding, and the second day the brakes were completely taken apart, and reassembled which has since stopped the squeeking. The staff were very helpful, and I would not hesitate to return custom."
A car's battery, which is rechargeable, is one of those components that must be fully-functional for a car to start. This is because its main purpose is to feed electricity to the starter, which starts the engine. Once the engine is running, power for the car's electrical systems is supplied by the alternator, which takes around 20 minutes to fully recharge a car battery.
Straight out of the Swedish city of Gothenberg, Volvo has become well-known for pushing out safe, reliable cars, making them one of the vehicles of choice for families around the globe. Initially made all the way back in 1924 to withstand the rigours of Sweden’s rough roads and cold temperatures, you could say they’ve come a long way!
The current Volvo range focusses mainly on traditional vehicle platforms, including hatchbacks, saloons, SUVs and estate cars. The ‘XC’ models cater to drivers who regularly get their cars a bit muddy and dirty off-road, while the ‘Cross Country’ versions are available for people going for a more traditional combination of on and off-road ability
