Very good service
Very decent service
"Booked the car for a Full Service, but specified engine oil Mobil ESP 5-30W instead of the standard, was quoted the difference and even got to see the bottles of oil, to confirm they did order and use the oil of my choice. The main fella, James seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a good experience. I will use again and review again."

Air conditioning in a car does two things; first, it controls the temperature of the air in the car, and second, it removes some of the moisture in the air, providing a stream of dry air in the car. This helps to keep the inside of the car comfortable, no matter what the weather is doing outside.
You’ve probably noticed that you can clear a misted-up windscreen much faster in a car with air-con than in one with only a normal ventilation system. That’s because the conditioned air blown over the windscreen is nice and dry, so it can absorb the dampness fogging your windscreen.
An air conditioning check ensures that your system is running efficiently by testing its pressure. A drop in the system pressure results in insufficient cool, dry air being circulated inside the car. The garage will take a temperature reading via the car’s air vents to see whether a recharge is needed. This involves removing all the old refrigerant gas, and oil and leak detecting dye, then cleaning the whole system to remove any moisture. When the system has been cleansed it will need to have new gas and dye put in, and will then be re-pressurised.
Known for making vehicles with extensive off-road ability (their military connections spring to mind as well), the name Jeep has become synonymous with power and adventure. The company Jeep currently offers three models for sale in the UK, including the Cherokee, the Grand Cherokee, and the Renegade. The original Jeep went into production in 1941, specifically built for the military. The Jeep then became the primary light 4-wheel-drive vehicle of the US Army and the Allies during World War II.
The first civilians Jeep models were eventually produced in 1945, and they inspired a number of other light utility vehicles, such as the Land Rover. Many Jeep variants serving similar military and civilian roles have since been designed in other countries around the world. Although these cars make very practical family vehicles, they also excel if you’re the type that likes to go off-road!
How to be a better driver
Whether you’re driving in Dunbeath or further afield, think about road user etiquette. Showing respect for other road users makes driving more pleasant for you and safer for everyone. For example, if you have to make a last minute change of lane, make your request to change clear to the driver who will need to let you in - and signal your thanks if they do. Be ready to abandon the change of lane if they won’t play ball - your safety (and that of other drivers and pedestrians) is more important than getting to your destination in the shortest time possible. When the position is reversed and a driver asks your permission to change lanes, allow them to as long as it is safe. If you get frustrated, avoid using your horn - it won’t improve matters and might make them considerably worse.
